    He was an inspiration to me. I’ve played the electric guitar since I was in elementary school (decades ago), and worked with multitrack recording almost as long. I never got to meet him, but I think if I had, I would’ve said, “Thanks, man, you invented a huge part of my life!”

    What a tragedy to lose one of the greatest inventors of all time. Think about how many guitarists there are in the world today. Few people make a name for themselves before they die. Even the ones that do have not accomplished the task of placing their invention in the hands of millions world-wide.

    To me it came as a sadning shock when i heard these bad news.I’m still recovering from shock,while the world moarns the death of the king of pop ‘Jacko’ Michael Jackson,here comes another death of my legend the ‘Great Les’!something is very wrong in this world of our own ,everyday we wakeup with sadning news.I guess we just have to pray to who-ever we believe in to stop this ,because its enough now we have cried a lot.to his family ,friends,fans,and foes remember that he had taken a journey to heaven .May GOD be with the family and friends ,
